The Day After....

( This is NOT a bitter post, if you know me you'll enjoy my Dry humor)

Hey ladies and gents,

Just in case your Boo does not buy you any VDay chocolates and you can wait til 2/15, just imagine all the chocolates you'll get for the price of that 1 on VdAy. Lol

I get it, it may sound insensitive but it's the truth. I remember in high school, this guy I was dating bought this huge bear to the school and gave it to me. I stood there like, " oh, ok. Thanks" and I gave it to his momma.  Not knowing my reaction hurt him( when I'm visiting my hometown and I run into him he ALWAYS reminds me) but truth be told, I've never been one to care about VDay. To some it mean the world that their boo went out and purchased gifts. 

What's more important to me is, going all out for my Born Day which is 2 days after. I'm dead serious. 

VDAy is such a commercialized holiday. If you need society to tell you to celebrate your S/O on 2/14, then maybe ( imo) you're just being a follower. Surprise me on 14th of every month just because. Bring me home a piece of red hard candy ( BC im not a chocolate lover) because you were in the store and you smiled and thought of me!! 

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against 2/14 bc I'll be up making lil gift treats for my mom and my 2 lil ppl. And if I had a guy, he'd get a little something too 😉... Buttttttttttt I don't!! 

So, to all my ppl who want some chocolates, just hold on!! On 2/15 it'll be 1/2 off and I'll personally purchase all the Hershey kisses ( Mr. KindSir) your heart can hold!! 

To all the lovers, hey enjoy!! And to the singles, cheers!! We don't have to buy anything!! Lol
