Monster Energy AMA Supercross

This has to be by far the most energetic event ( other than my birthday) for the month of February. Monster Energy AMA Supercross. I'm a Mom, with a little boy. I've never attended an event like this before. I'm so super stoked!!

Growing up with 3 younger brothers, I used to tag along because I had no sisters in the house with me. They would jump off ramps and build their own dare devil type props. I remember the 1st time they taught me to do a wheelie, on one of their dirt bikes. I was deemed the coolest sister on the block( I never rode with them after that, I couldn't keep up).

Now, over 20+ years later, I will take my own son to see a SuperCross event.
Not only am I a cool sister but now a cool MOMM!! I've watched the videos over and over again with my 3 year old and all he keeps saying is," Mommy that's so cool". I cannot wait for him to see it up close and LIVE.

Some of the best riders from across the globe will compete in this show. I know the make shift courses my brothers built growing up, will have no comparison to what Ryan, Chad James and Ryan D bring on that day. Join us February 21st and 28th at the Georgia Dome at 7pm.

The Dome will be transformed to one big Amazing Bike Event.

The Greatest Show on Earth 2015...

Who does NOT love the circus?? I mean, the elephants, lions,tigers and bears, Oh My.. lol

But seriously, many of the highlights from my childhood were made due to the circus. We lived in Boston, Mass. My mother made sure that every October, my 3 brothers and I went to the circus. It was definitely a budgeted family outing but we had so much fun. We would catch the orange line train, walk up the steps, eat our before show meal at McDonald's, then head over to the Boston Garden.


We would see the same concession stands and show souvenirs. And each year, Mom would say, "Ok, you have $15.00 to purchase something. Make sure its what you truly want". As I got older, I'd save a few dollars here and there so I could purchase something bigger. The joys of family time.

Times have surely changed now that I'm a parent. We currently reside in Georgia and riding public transportation to the arena is definitely out of the question. The crowd for the ATL event is way large too. Plus, my 3 year old can't take excessive amounts of walking just yet ( plus, he's way to heavy to carry).

I think I'm more excited than my children. The vibrant colors of the costumes, the animals, the stunts; I'm feeling like a kid again just thinking about it.

This year, Ringling Brothers will present :Legends!! The name alone speaks GREATness. To be a Legend is a a caliber all by itself. They will also summons the mythical and mysterious: Unicorn, a Pegasus and Woolly Mammoth. I'm sure you're ready to purchase tickets now.. They are now on sale and can be purchased at the Philips Arena box office.Show dates run from February 11-16th. Opening show will began promptly at 7:30, on 2/11.
